Embrace Your Inner Girl

River Island · Industry Project

A celebration of modern femininity through nostalgia, softness and self-expression.

The Concept

Created as an industry project with River Island, Embrace your inner girl is a womenswear collection inspired by nostalgia, hyperfemininity and the rediscovery of softness within modern fashion. Exploring how femininity can act as both comfort and empowerment, this collection encourages women to reconnect with self expression through romantic silhouettes, delicate fabrics and a pastel colour palette.

Inspired by vintage girlhood aesthetics alongside modern trends such as coquette fashion and hyperfemininity, this collection reclaims soft femininity as a form of strength, joy and self expression.
